Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel their appointments at least 3 hours before the scheduled session to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 3 hours before the session without any additional charges. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed within 5-7 business days. Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients.
